[Nico Robin]

I always thought Robin was my favorite too, but now I wonder if I was doing the same thing I was doing when I crushed super hard on Marceline, which is like...romanticizing mental illness I guess? Romanticizing depression/being sad? And "being mysterious", which like, just means you don't know anything about them. When in reality they might be boring if you ever learned! Recently I think I might just like Nami more. She's a little less unique design-wise, and she doesn't have cool weird arm powers but she has such a strong personality and characterization, which I think I'm beginning to prefer over moody/mysterious people.

She feels more 3D cus we see a variety of personality traits in diff situations. She can be funny, serious or ethically dubious, and she's also a surrogate for the audience like Usopp so she's very relatable. Plus she's the de facto "mom" of the group, not because she's especially responsible and reasonable, but because EVERYONE ELSE is either too stupid, naive, or apathetic to be the voice of reason and restraint. I do like that post Ennies Lobby Robin seems a lot happier and self-assured, and I dig her chill, laid back demeanor, but often feels like she doesn't have a whole lot of reason to be there character-wise, apart from being the "oh, her bit is to say something creepy" member of the crew.

This pic is definitely sick, on the other hand, and hell yeah keeping her dark skinned.

Man, why is there virtually no fan art of this lady? She is really fucking hot and cool, if you leave out the problematic parts. but then again, that's like, 75% of anime characters. Also like, Hisoka???? It's not like he doesn't get any.

[Gear 4 Luffy]

Man, I hate the idea of gear four Luffy on principle, but you do make it look really cool. It's just such an unnecessary power creep DBZ style thing. The best Luffy fights are the ones where he just has to figure shit out and come up with a clever solution to win.

Not gonna lie Rouge's super realistic human body weirds me the fuck out in combination with her bat head...but that's more the original character designer's fault than yours. She does look pretty cool here with her hat and sunglasses, and the pose is nice too.

No offense to BombsAhoy, but I think your interpretation is wrong. Ya girl here not thinking about the D, look at that hand gesture. She clearly wants the V.

This character's definitely a cutie. I feel like art and especially cartoon art has the power to show off the appeal of different body types, and I feel like she does a great job of that.

Little disturbed by that "help" on that girl's underwear but otherwise these are some nice sketches. I just hope that's what she wants to be doing. *MonkaS*
